Váci Greens, B, C, and D buildings: 2014-2017
Our company built the façades of the “B”, “C” and “D” buildings of the Váci Greens office building complex for the real estate development company Atenor Group. More than 30,000 m2 of complex façades were built on the three buildings in three years. The ‘A’ class office buildings were built with a modern, environmentally conscious approach and provide an attractive environment for their tenants. In contrast to the general construction practices in Hungary, the project was not managed by a general contractor but by the developer. The careful selection of specialist firms has resulted in success. The entire campus is operating at almost 100% occupancy.
