Sky Park Tower Bratislava
Our company is proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the construction of the aluminum-glass façades of the Sky Park Tower Bratislava.
The 33-story, 125-meter-high building will become one of the new iconic landmarks of the city, with construction works starting in October 2025 and scheduled for completion in July 2027. The lower floors will host modern offices and retail spaces, while the upper levels will feature exclusive residential apartments.
Within the scope of the contract, our company is responsible for the construction of the building’s curtain walls, unitized façades, balcony railings, composite cladding, and GFRC decorative elements.
This project represents not only a new professional challenge but also another opportunity to demonstrate the quality, precision, and reliability synonymous with the Schal-tech name. With our experienced and highly skilled team, we will ensure that the façade of the Sky Park Tower fully reflects the grand vision of the building.
