More than 30,000 m2 of complex fa\u00e7ades were built on the three buildings in three years. The ‘A’ class office buildings were built with a modern, environmentally conscious approach and provide an attractive environment for their tenants. In contrast to the general construction practices in Hungary, the project was not managed by a general contractor but by the developer. The careful selection of specialist firms has resulted in success. The entire campus is operating at almost 100% occupancy.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.9.0″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.9.0″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_orientation=”center” custom_margin=”0px||0px||true|false” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px|true|true” box_shadow_style=”preset1″ box_shadow_vertical=”10px” box_shadow_blur=”40px” box_shadow_color=”rgba(0,0,0,0.5)”]
